Thank you for choosing to work with Watches 'N More Promotional Products. Our goal is to assist you with your order by making it as smooth as possible for you. This information allows us to understand your request and the art/logo files you would like to use. 

Please review the following notes and let us know if you have any questions...

FULL COLOR LOGOS: While many products include full color logos in the pricing, there are still many that include only the first color, with extra charges for additional logo colors or locations. We will advise you of additional set up and/or run charges and request your approval before proceeding.

VECTOR ART: Most art files are required as vector files 'saved with curves'. This means professionally designed .ai or .eps files are best. If you have other file formats such as .pdf or .jpg, please upload them and we'll advise you if they are suitable for use with your order.

*** If further professional design is needed for artwork to be suitable for use with your order the standard graphics fee is $75/hour *** We will request your permission before proceeding with these charges.

EMBROIDERY FILES: Most file formats are acceptable to create your embroidered logo. For completed embroidery, a .dst file is required. We will verify the quality of the embroidery before proceeding with your garments. Embroidery set up and sew-out charges will vary based on the size and stitch count of each logo, and will be quoted/confirmed with you before proceeding with your order. 

Additional embroidery locations, individual names, special handling and packaging, as well as custom orders, will all be quoted and confirmed with you. These orders may take longer in production, so we request that you plan well in advance whenever possible.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE: Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to use any copyright images, particularly downloaded images from the internet. We may request proof of authority for use if there are any questions as we aim to protect both you, and the copyright.
