When you order with us we will..
- Verify your details, pricing and artwork with you
- Advise you in your choices on your request
- Email your product proof, or embroidered logo, for your approval before your order goes into production (not required with repeat orders)
- Assist you with understanding scheduling and shipping information – and advise you on special orders, custom orders, overnight shipping, rush orders, as needed
- Advise you of the expected ship/delivery dates as the information becomes available
- Most standard orders are verified, proofed, produced and shipped to you within 3-4 weeks
